Yacht crew management

Recruitment, international payroll, MLC 2006, rotation, training — crew management is the most complex and strategic function of an operated yacht.

01

Targeted recruitment

Captain, mate, chef, engineer, stewardess, masseuse. Sourcing via specialist agencies (Bluewater, YPI, Wilsonhalligan), interviews, STCW checks.

02

MLC 2006 compliance

Compliant SEA contracts, payslips, paid leave, repatriation, medical. Mandatory MLC compliance audit for any 24 m+ yacht.

03

International payroll

Multi-currency, social charges per flag (Cayman = exempt, Malta = EU standards), CFE/CNSS handling for European crews.
