Secondary 40-60 m pricing?+
Recent 40 m: €15-25M. 50 m: €25-45M. 60 m: €45-90M. Above 70 m: price on application, extremely narrow market.
How long does a deal take?+
3-9 months depending on availability, structure complexity (holding, tax), negotiation. An off-market deal can close in 6-8 weeks.
Which flag?+
Cayman and Marshall remain the superyacht standards. Malta for EU charter use. Flag affects tax, crew regulation and insurance.
Should I plan for a refit?+
From 5-7 years old: yes, light refit (interior, tech). At 10-12 years: major refit (paint, machinery). Budget 5-15% of value every 5 years.
